Please complete the following to begin the Citygate Network Accreditation program. The program fee is non-refundable and includes the assigned accreditation consultant's involvement, ongoing support, and the accreditation manual. Your mission is responsible for the accreditation consultant's expenses for on-site visits, including travel, meals, and separate accommodations.

Your payment will be processed via a secure PayPal transaction, and an email confirmation will be sent to you. Your accreditation manual and consultant information should arrive within two weeks.
