Vice President of Programs

Bay Area Rescue Mission is seeking a Vice President of Programs. The right individual will be theologically aligned with our Statement of Faith and familiar and experienced in Christ-centered programs and services for a population struggling with brokenness, especially related to addiction/recovery and mental health issues. Must be able to cast vision and support/motivate staff to achieve defined outcomes. Requires a professional acumen, significantly skilled in establishing and maintaining interpersonal relationships. The VP of Programs is part of the Executive Leadership Team and will lead departmental staff and participate in the organizational planning and decision-making. The right candidate will have a heart for rescue ministry as well as an ability and willingness to invest in people and in growing programs and services. Must be a solid and mature Christ-follower, team player, possess a stewardship mindset, assertive and effective in program/service development, employee development, and community relations.
