Operations Manager, READY TO WORK
Reports to Senior Director of Workforce Development and Education
Summary: The Operations Manager provides leadership and is responsible for planning, organizing, developing, managing and leading the Central Union Mission-WDEâ€™s READY To WORK (RTW) Clean Team Ambassador initiative. This position supervises the RTW Field Supervisor and a team of 5 supervisors/team leads and seventeen Clean Team Ambassadors. The Operations Manager is responsible for planning, managing and overseeing all activities pertaining to the Missionâ€™s Clean Team, equipment warranties, program and performance quality, safety, and administration in accordance with organizational policies, DSLBD, BID/Grant requirements and DC government regulations. The Operations Manager develops strategies, internal process controls, to ensure the proper management and oversight of expenditures and revenue, mitigate risk, and promote the efficient allocation of resources, timely project completion and quality product delivery that exceeds our customer expectations. The Operations Manager will work collaboratively to ensure the Clean Team is meeting program objectives as well as the professional goals and objectives of the team member. The Operations Manager is committed to a set of sound principles grounded in faith and founded upon sound workplace ethics and evidence-based best practices that inspire transformation. Other duties as assigned by the Senior Director of Workforce Development and Education.
