Chief Administration Officer CAO
Are you ready to make an eternal impact? Rockford Rescue Mission has faithfully and impactfully served their community for 56 years. This vibrant ministry is seeking a new Chief Administration Officer (CAO) to serve on its' leadership team. The CAO is responsible to provide leadership, support, oversight, and direction to the Finance, Human Resources, and Information Technology departments, insuring adequate staffing and optimal operation. Oversee and direct systems and processes in accordance with Mission goals, objectives and applicable compliance. Responsible for oversight of $7 million annual operating budget as well as for departmental staff, financial reporting, policies and procedures.
The right candidate will be a mature and grounded Christian who has a heart for ministry, possesses a stewardship mindset, and the gifts of administration and organization. Must be able to effectively model servant leadership, develop and lead an effective team, ensure attainment of ministry goals, and uphold ministry standards of excellence. Requires knowledge and competence in compliance, forecasting, analysis, policy, systems, and technology. The right candidate will demonstrate business acumen, professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to excellence.
