Business Operations Director

Looking for a Christian leader excited about joining a trauma-informed, faith-based Mission serving the most vulnerable in our community. Reporting to the Executive Director, the Business Operations Manager oversees facilities and administrative functions of the Mission, including but not limited to budget development, daily finance transactions, local vendor relationships, facilities management, insurance, vehicles, HR, and IT. The position leads a small team of staff and volunteers to accomplish these duties. This position serves as the organizational leader in the Executive Director's absence.
