CHIEF ADMINISTRATION OFFICER for Rockford Rescue Mission.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide support, oversight, leadership and direction to the Finance, Human Resources, and Information Technology departments, insuring adequate staffing and optimal operation. Oversee and direct systems and processes in accordance with Mission goals, objectives and applicable compliance. Responsible for oversight of annual operating budget. Responsible for departmental staff, financial reporting and policies and procedures.
