Men's Center Director

Gospel Rescue Mission Tucson is currently seeking a Men’s Center Director. This position reports to the Director of Programs. The Men’s Center Director oversees both shelter and recovery service programs and directly supervises a team of dedicated and dynamic service coordinators. GRM manages a stop shop homeless center, the Center of Opportunity, which is a collaboration of over 30 service organizations and ministries. GRM is providing about 350 shelter and recovery beds in the center that the Men’s Center Director will oversee, including special needs populations of men with children, medical/respite patients, people with service dogs, and a women and children’s emergency shelter. We are seeking a Director who is visionary, highly administrative, firmly planted in their faith, grace based in approach, a strong inspirational leader, and willing to continue to lead GRM towards excellence in all things as unto the Lord.
