Director of Development

The Modesto Gospel Mission is seeking an experienced and innovative Development Director who has a passion for people and the skill to support a vision for growth.

As a passionate, purpose-driven, Christian professional, the Development Director will play a key role in building a sustainable future for the Modesto Gospel Mission. This person will cultivate a community of financial, volunteer, and prayer supporters and, in conjunction with the Executive Director and the Board, will be responsible for all aspects of fundraising and donor development for Modesto Gospel Mission.

The Development Director is an innovative, Jesus loving, relationship builder. Status quo is seen as the enemy, challenges are viewed as opportunities, and accountability is regarded as a friend. Smiles are frequent.
