2020 REVIVE! Exhibitor Registration

We are excited to have your business exhibiting at REVIVE! Below are important instructions for registering. Please read carefully before continuing. If you have any questions, contact Sam Edwards at 719-266-8300 x110 or via email at sedwards@citygatenetwork.org.

Registration Process

There are three main steps to registration:

1. Updating your business member profile.

2. Registering for your display table and optional presentation or underwriting opportunities.

3. Registering your reps. Please Note: Do not register your reps until you receive your discount code via email. You will be instructed in that email to return to this page and register reps.

Updating Your Business Member Profile

Go to www.citygatenetwork.org and click on Login at the top of the screen. Once you have logged in, click My Organization Profile. Verify that your Event Contact is the correct person for receiving emails for this event. Then click Edit General Information to create your Event Program Email and Event Program Description. 

Registration Instructions:

1. Display Table: First register for your display table before adding your reps.

IMPORTANT: Do not register your reps until AFTER you have completed your display table registration. Otherwise you will not have the correct discount codes for your free reps. Due to space limitations for this event, a maximum of two representatives will be able to attend.

2. Display Table Placement: Citygate Network will assign table locations for this event. You will be emailed separately when your table assignment has been made.

3. Presentation and Underwriting Opportunities: You can also select your presentation and underwriting opportunity interests, which will be awarded by a drawing on July 1, 2020. You will be notified if you receive the opportunity of your choice. Sam Edwards will contact you directly if you do not receive an opportunity you applied for.

4. Payment: For new registrants, you will pay for your display table in full as you register. For business members who transferred their registration from the Annual Conference and Exposition and those who purchase a presentation or underwriting opportunity, you will be invoiced for the balance minus your deposit(s) in July, and full payment will be due by Friday, August 7, 2020.

5. Display Table Reps: Again, do NOT register reps until you receive your discount codes via email. You will be instructed in that email to return to this page and register your reps. We recommend that you first confirm who will be attending and then complete their registration. Be sure to use the discount code from your approval email to receive up to two free reps. A maximum of two reps will be able to attend due to space limitations for this event.

You will be charged immediately for any reps that do not have a discount code. The deadline for registering reps is Friday, August 7, 2020.
