Exhibitors

The Coronavirus forced us to cancel our May 2020 Annual Conference and Exposition in San Antonio, Texas, meaning our next affair of that size and scope will now be June 2 – 5, 2021, in Baltimore, Maryland. But because so many of our members requested that we do something for them later in the year—something to look forward to—we nixed our CEO Summit and in place of it scheduled something we are calling REVIVE! It will be a “coming-back-to-life” event.

REVIVE! will not look anything like our usual Annual Conference and Exposition. First, space will be limited so we will not have 1,000 people on site. We’re curbing attendees at about 300 (but we believe most will be decision makers). Second, we will have education on critical current topics, but not in 13 different tracks. Third, we are inviting business members to be with us, but we won’t have our normal exhibit hall with 100 booths. There will be about half that number in a much more informal setting.

Because we have also cancelled our District Conferences for the fall, we knew that many of our business members would want to get in on REVIVE! since it will be the only time to connect with Citygate Network members before 2021. If you’re one that wants to be with us in Naples, read on.

Keeping in mind that this is not our normal conference—we’re not even using that word—we are reducing engagement opportunities to simplify things. Below is everything that will be offered in Naples.

Given the uniqueness of the event and the hotel’s size and layout, we will not be doing a typical exhibit hall at REVIVE! Instead, we will have 48 standard eight-foot tables positioned throughout the hotel’s conference center (two ballroom and three pre-function areas) where we will be gathering regularly as a group for meals (breakfasts and lunches). This will give you ample opportunity to spend quality time with our members.

  • Only current business members are permitted to exhibit.
  • One table and two chairs are available.
  • Tables are standard eight-footers (29.5"H x 30"W x 96"L).
  • Tables come with cover and skirting.
  • Floor displays are permitted if they have the same “footprint” as a standard eight-foot table.
  • We have no “prime space” options.
  • There are no multi-table options, due to limited space.
  • There is no “pipe and drape” available.
  • Electric service is available for an additional $75. Email Sam Edwards to request electric.
  • Limited drayage and other services are available through the hotel. Email Sam Edwards to request drayage information.
  • Each exhibit comes with two full-time program registrations (includes seven meals each).
  • Due to space limitations, a maximum of two representatives is permitted to attend and exhibit.

Plenary Session Presentation Opportunities

  • Must have an exhibit table to qualify for a presentation.
  • Presentation is for five minutes (speaking and/or video) during one plenary session.
  • Company name and logo shown on screens during presentation.
  • Exhibitor-supplied handouts/favors placed on chairs at plenary session of presentation.
  • Cost is the same for all plenary sessions.
  • Assignment of sessions determined by a drawing on Wednesday, July 1, 2020.

Dinner Presentation Opportunities

  • Must have an exhibit table to qualify for a presentation.
  • Presentation is for three minutes (speaking only) during one of two outdoor dinners.
  • Exhibitor-supplied handouts/favors placed on chairs at dinner of presentation.
  • Cost is the same for either dinner.
  • Assignment of dinners determined by a drawing on Wednesday, July 1, 2020.

Underwriting Opportunities

Name Badges

$1,500

Each participant will receive a name badge with your company name aligned with the REVIVE! logo. Name badges serve as the passport to attend plenary sessions, workshops, other event functions, and meals.

Event App

$2,700

Since we will not be printing our usual final program, the Whova app will serve as the participants’ guide to the event schedule. The app will be opened every day as attendees look at the devotional thoughts, schedule, messages from other attendees, venue maps, and the like. Plus, it will be used to take notes that will be reviewed for months after the event. Your linkable name will be prominently placed on the opening page and at the bottom of each subsequent page of the app.

Rules for Exhibiting

The event exhibit area is Citygate Network’s designated place for companies and organizations to engage attendees for the purpose of networking and business solicitation. Businesses and organizations that have a presence in the exhibit area are also welcome to network with attendees throughout REVIVE!

  1. Businesses that do NOT pay for an exhibit table are prohibited from attending REVIVE! The reason is that Citygate Network business members who pay for a presence in the exhibit area see those who do not pay for that same presence as “stealing” the same opportunity that they are paying for. If Citygate Network allows this practice to occur, it could eventually erode the exhibiting proposition and drive attendee costs up beyond what they can afford to pay and lower attendance at Citygate Network events. If this occurs, everyone loses.
  2. Exhibitors may not play music, videos, or other recordings at a level that interferes with the conversations of other exhibitors.
  3. Exhibitors may not move their displays or chairs or materials or otherwise occupy common space or the space of other exhibitors.

NOTE: While exhibits are to be taken down by 10:00 p.m. on Thursday, business members who have exhibited are invited (encouraged) to remain at the event and interact with attendees all the way through breakfast on Friday.

  1. Only current Citygate Network business members will be given this opportunity for presentation or underwriting.
  2. Businesses have until 5 p.m. MDT on Tuesday, June 30, 2020, to notify Citygate Network of their interest in presentation or underwriting opportunities at REVIVE! by completing and submitting a registration.
  3. Previous sponsorships (including all previously approved for the Fortify Annual Conference and Exposition) will not be a factor in determining which businesses are awarded presenting opportunities for REVIVE!
  4. There will be five (5) plenary session presentation opportunities (1 Tuesday, 2 Wednesday, 2 Thursday) and two (2) dinner presentation opportunities (Tuesday and Wednesday).
  5. After June 30, 2020, if there are more than five interested parties for a plenary session presentation or more than two for a dinner presentation opportunity, the selection will be decided by a random drawing conducted by an unaffiliated third party.
  6. Likewise, for a product underwriting opportunity, if there is more than one interested party, the selection will be decided by a random drawing conducted by an unaffiliated third party.
  7. Businesses may apply for both the plenary and dinner presentation opportunities but will be eligible for only one. Once drawn for a plenary session presentation opportunity, the business will not be in the dinner presentation opportunities drawing.
  8. Businesses that are not selected in the plenary session presentation opportunities drawing will automatically be added to the dinner presentation opportunities drawing, if they so desire.
  9. Inclement weather may force us to move one or both dinner presentations indoors. If that happens, both the opportunity as described and the cost will remain the same.
  10. Underwriting opportunities will be first come, first served from the date of first notice until the date of the event.
  11. Business members can choose only one presentation or underwriting opportunity unless some are still available after July 15.
  12. Social distancing requirements on site may force us to alter some of the aforementioned arrangements. If that is the case, we will work out reasonable arrangements with all exhibitors, presenters, and underwriters.
